A QUICK INTRO.

Hi, I’m Laura!

I’ll admit, for me writing an “About Me” page feels a bit awkward. But I do love browsing others’ pages, so I get it.

Thanks for being here—happy scrolling!

WHERE IT STARTED

In 2007–08, the travel bug bit me—and with it, the photography bug. Ready with my Nikon Coolpix, I had fun playing around with heavy sepia and questionable filters.

As I traveled, I became fascinated by how culture, environment, and society shape daily life—both familiar and entirely unique.

WHERE IT’S TAKEN ME.

We’re all made up of mini stories that, together, shape this fragile life we’re given. I believe these everyday moments are invaluable—they teach us about ourselves, our loved ones, and our place in the world.

WHERE I WANT MY WORK TO GO.

Through the art of video or photos, my dream is to craft a range of personal narratives that deeply resonate with individual experiences – stories that bring us back to the people and places that are important to us.

Images that bring us back to who we are.
