1. Introduction
Welcome to Laura Griffin Photography. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of the photography services and digital products provided by Laura Griffin Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to these TOS, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
- “Client” refers to any individual or entity that engages Laura Griffin Photography for photography services.
- “Services” refers to the photography services provided by Laura Griffin Photography, including but not limited to photo sessions, editing, and delivery of digital images.
- “Digital Products” refers to the digital images and any other digital content provided to the Client as part of the Services.
- “Pic-Time” refers to the online gallery and proofing service used to deliver Digital Products to the Client.
3. Use of Services
3.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3.2. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
4.1. Pic-Time Gallery: Digital Products will be delivered to the Client via a Pic-Time online gallery. The Client will receive a link and access code to view and download the Digital Products.
4.2. Removal of Branding: The Client may request the removal of Pic-Time branding from the online gallery. Laura Griffin Photography will accommodate this request to the extent possible, but cannot guarantee the complete removal of all branding elements due to technical limitations.
5. License to Use Digital Products
5.1. Personal Use: Laura Griffin Photography grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products for personal use only. This license does not include the right to sell, distribute, or otherwise commercialize the Digital Products.
5.2. Printing Rights: The Client may print the Digital Products for personal use. However, Laura Griffin Photography is not responsible for the quality of prints made by third-party printing services.
6. Payment
6.1. Fees: The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the Services as quoted by Laura Griffin Photography. Payment is due in full before the delivery of the Digital Products.
6.2. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued once the Digital Products have been delivered to the Client.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership: Laura Griffin Photography retains all intellectual property rights in the Digital Products. The Client’s license to use the Digital Products is subject to these TOS.
7.2. Attribution: The Client agrees to credit Laura Griffin Photography when sharing the Digital Products on social media or other public platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Laura Griffin Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services or Digital Products.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Laura Griffin Photography from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Client’s use of the Services or Digital Products.
10. Termination
Laura Griffin Photography may terminate the Client’s access to the Services and Digital Products at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
11. Governing Law
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
12. Changes to TOS
Laura Griffin Photography reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. The Client’s continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new TOS.

14. Pic-Time Terms of Service
By using the Pic-Time online gallery, you also agree to be bound by Pic-Time’s Terms of Service, which can be found at Pic-Time Terms of Service.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
